Roy Drachman Realty Company was founded by Roy P. Drachman in 1946. His son, Roy E. “Manny” Drachman joined the firm in 1956. In 1983, Manny’s son, Roy W. Drachman, became the third generation of Drachmans at Roy Drachman Realty Company.
Roy Drachman Realty Company holds current or past memberships with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), American Society of Real Estate Counselors (ASREC), National Association or Realtors (NAR), Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR), and the Tucson Association or Realtors (TAR). |

Roy P. Drachman
In Memoriam
Roy P. Drachman was past president of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), past president of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), past president of the American Society of Real Estate Counselors (ASREC), and one of the first Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) in Tucson. He was a long-time supporter of the University of Arizona and instrumental in the development of The Drachman Institute (www.drachmaninstitute.org). After a lifetime dedicated to real estate and public service, Roy P. Drachman died in early 2002 at the age of 96. |
